Everyone deserves to be safe in their intimate relationship, and every situation is unique. myPlan can help you identify, navigate, and provides resources for a range of relationship abuse concerns:
Your intimate partner relationship
A friend or family member’s relationship
College student relationships
Your relationship’s impact on pregnancy or children
myPlan is based on research with female-identified survivors of relationship abuse in opposite-sex and same sex relationships. Though all gender identities experience relationship violence, at this time myPlan is not validated for all genders though we hope to continue this much needed research and include all gender identities in the future. No one deserves abuse.

A tool for advocates & providers
myPlan is a tool that survivors of intimate partner violence can use to help them make decisions about safety. Accessible through a discreet and confidential smartphone app (or web-based tool), myPlan is not meant as a replacement for your expertise--it is designed to encourage the majority of survivors who may never seek services to reach out for help.
Advocates can use myPlan with a client to help facilitate a discussion about their level of danger and their priorities when making difficult safety decisions.
Relationship violence directly affects a person’s health and well-being. Providers can introduce myPlan during a survivor’s health or support visit to use on their own, or can walk through it together with survivors.
Your safety is our greatest concern
After downloading the app, it will be PIN-code protected to keep your information safe. But be aware that if your partner checks your phone or monitors your phone activity, having an app about relationship abuse may put you at further risk. If you are concerned about someone discovering the app, delete it when you are done with it, but know that for most phones it’s not possible to delete the app from your purchase history.
