It’s personalized for your situation

Everyone deserves to be safe in their intimate relationships.

At myPlan, we deeply understand the many barriers those experiencing abuse face, and we know every circumstance and situation is unique. myPlan provides anonymous questions about you and the relationship, and your answers will customize myPlan to your situation.

Your safety is our greatest concern

Built-in safety features include:

  • Completely anonymous to use - no account set up required

  • Set your own secure PIN code to keep info private

  • “Dummy code” hides contents of the app if forced to log in

  • Changeable icon to hide the app on your home screen

Be aware: Abusive people often monitor their partner’s device activity. Having an app about relationship abuse on your device or in your browser history could put you at risk. The safest way to use is on a device that an abusive partner does not have access to.

How myPlan works

A tech-based resource for the advocate & provider toolbox

An app will never replace the expertise of a real live professional. And it isn’t a safe or accessible resource for everyone. myPlan is designed to expand access to individualized safety information and to encourage the majority of survivors who never seek services to reach out for help. Advocates, health care providers, or other service providers can also add myPlan to their toolbox of existing resources.

Advocates

Advocates can use myPlan with a client to help facilitate a discussion about their level of danger and their priorities when making difficult safety decisions, or as a referral option for clients you only briefly engage with.

Providers

Relationship violence directly affects a person’s health and well-being. Providers can introduce myPlan during a survivor’s health or support visit to use on their own, or use as a guide to walk through the assessment and safety planning process together with patients.
